C. Kurt Latchman

Kurt joined Slate in 2019 and currently serves as Director at SCALE, Slate’s real estate credit investment platform. His primary responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting, closing and asset managing new credit opportunities.

Prior to Slate, Kurt worked in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, where he financed both project-level construction loans and corporate debt facilities. Kurt holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Macaulay Honors College at CUNY Baruch, Zicklin School of Business.
